This is a beautiful 17^th century villa is gently located on the top of a hill near Volterra in the middle of the triangle formed by the cities of Pisa, Siena and Florence.
This Villa is a dream location for a wedding, with its enchanting backyard garden, panoramic park with pool, the piazza in front of the villa and all the facilities on offer which make guests feel at home. There is a large kitchen, a games room, sauna and gym, a projection room to enjoy films on a wide screen, air conditioning, Wifi, a laundry with dryer and an enchanting pergola by the pool connected to a second fully equipped kitchen.

Ideal for weddings from 20 to 80, the Villa can comfortably house events for up to 120 guests choosing from various accommodation options in the nearby countryside and towns for the additional guests.
It is possible to have also short rentals but not daily rentals. The Villa is usually rented in exclusive use, bedrooms included, with a minimum of 3 nights or one week depending on the season.
Week rentals start from Tuesday to Tuesday while short rentals can be midweek, the cheapest choice, or long week-end from Friday afternoon till Tuesday morning.

Symbolic or protestant ceremonies can be celebrated in the panoramic garden. The aperitif can follow by the pool, under the Pergola. Banquets are arranged in the piazza in front of the façade of the Villa. In case of bad weather conditions there are two inside halls available: the main dining room on the first floor and a large hall by the entrance on the ground floor. Both halls can hold 90 guests.
The Villa has 15 rooms with beds for 29 guests. The Annex has 4 rooms with beds for 8 guests. The total number of beds available at the villa is 37.  Other 3 extra beds can be added to reach the max capacity of 40 guests.
