In detail, the Villa and Fattoria are two buildings linked which form part of one single residential country mansion. In the past, the Villa was exclusively used by the noble family Sergardi as their home, and the Fattoria was a real farmhouse devoted to farming and agricultural activity, mostly for the production of wine and extra virgin olive oil.

The Villa has belonged to the same family since 1700 and retains the air of a faded elegance of a family home with antique furnishings and frescoes ceiling.
Inside the property, a symbolic, legally binding or protestant ceremony can be organized. Not far from the Villa you find a lovely church where catholic weddings can be organized.
The areas available for the wedding event are:

• the gorgeous Italian Garden, divided into 2 levels;
• the Old Granaries divided into 2 halls.

The ceremony usually takes place in the lower part of the garden, cocktail hour in the upper level of the garden on the right side. Dinner in the upper part of the garden, keeping the historical villa open to use bathrooms or for people that want to go inside and explore the villa.
Back-up option in case of bad weather: ceremony under a gazebo, cocktail inside the villa, dinner in the Granaries.
The whole property offers accommodation up to 34 people, divided as follows:

The main hamlet can accommodate up to 52 people and has a fabulous swimming pool. The Hamlet includes a second sister property that can accommodate up to 28 guests. Each apartment has an independent entrance and outside area (veranda or garden), terracotta floors, wooden beams, very comfortable bathrooms and well-equipped kitchens. Some apartments have also a spacious, external “loggia” with barbeque. The layout and furnishings of the apartments are true to the Tuscan character and are really very cozy and comfortable with great attention to details.

The property offers two panoramic swimming pools and a delicious restaurant/trattoria. A wide choice of dishes is available in the friendly, informal atmosphere of the Trattoria. The recipes are simple and full of the aromas and flavors that are typical of the traditional Tuscan cuisine. The setting and the friendly welcome offered to guests make the Trattoria an ideal place not only for special dinners, but also for Tuscan cold meat snacks or wine tastings accompanied by the best local products.
The hamlet is only 30 minutes by car from the airport of Florence and just 1 hour from the airport of Pisa. So it is located at short distance from two international airports and it is very comfortable in terms of distances.

This venue is a very beautiful stone-built farmhouse nestled between woodland and fields in the heart of the estate.
Its generous spaces offer serene public areas and wonderful views over the valley. In the bedrooms, exposed beams and fine stone detailing in typical Florentine ‘pietra serena’ sandstone add warmth and individuality.

Their lavish breakfasts are served in the main reception room, bedecked with colourful orchids, or, on sunny mornings, on the terrace overlooking the valley. From the farmhouse a myriad of paths criss-cross the garden, winding past strawberry trees, rosemary bushes and scented jasmines and lead guests to a lovely infinity pool which looks out across the olive orchard.
